My thanks also to Peter who found a grave error on the site. I had credited the famous "because it was there" quote to Edmun Hillary, when infact it was George Mallory who had uttered those words. I stumbled across a cool site which lists the 10 highest mountains in Tasmania. Check out the photo of Mt Ossa. Looks kinda familar. |
